This project saw a disused basement be converted into a nifty fully furnished studio apartment.
The brief was for a neutral restrained space that would appeal to a broad rental market. An understated design is enhanced by the layering of painted brick walls with natural finishes including linen, marble, cork and brass. The result is something simple yet really quite special.
